THERE WERE NONE. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER $IEBERT,-SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER MASSEY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY.GRANTED THE <br />REZONING AS REQUESTED BY DOROTHEA CAHILL AND ADOPTED THE <br />FOLLOWING RESOLUTION. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 74-68 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommend- " <br />ing changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River. <br />County,. Florida; and, y - <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommended <br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold •a"public hear- <br />ing -in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian. <br />River County, Florida, that the -Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />-;described property owned by Dorothea H. Cahill, Represented by Leo <br />S. Cahill, Jr., situated in Indian River. County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The East 20 acres (less road right-of-way) of Tract 9, <br />Section 9, Township 33 -South, Range 39 -East, according <br />to last general plat of lands of the Indian River Farms <br />Company; filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit <br />Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, page <br />25, now lying and being in Indian River County, Florida. <br />Be changed from R-lA Single Family District, to A -Agri- <br />cultural District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and describ- <br />ed in said Zoning Regulation.. <br />17 <br />JUL 2 4 1974 <br />PF <br />
