Petereon appeared before the Board regarding the condition of a Mrs.snell. <br />It was ordered that the matter be turned over to the County Nurse. <br />Zas 0. Watson appeared before the Board regarding error in assessment for taxing <br />purposes on the 1929 tax roll on Lots 10 and 11 and NJ Lot 12 Block 19, Vero Beach <br />estates. It appearing an error had been made in this assessment, it was ordered the <br />Tax Collector collect taxes on the 1928 assessment and valuation and report the <br />remainder in the Errors and 1nsolvenoies report. <br />Walter T. James appeared and presented a petition asking that white labor be <br />employed on road work whenever possible. The petition was ordered filed. The County <br />Engineer advised the Board that white labor is and would be used when possible to do so. <br />WHERW on account of the limited levy provided by law for the Agricultural Fund <br />the levy does not provide sufficient revenue to meet the monthly salary -of the County <br />Agricultural Agent, and <br />WBERW there appears to be a small surplus of funds on hand in the Publicity Fund <br />of the County# <br />ZMMUOREI Be "It Resolved that the sum of #2QO.00 be transferred from the Publicity' <br />'Fund of the County to the Agrioulturaa. Fund in order to most the monthly salary of the <br />county Agent, such transfer to be only upon the approval of the State Comptrollers <br />Upon being put to a vote the same was usly adopted.,, <br />There being no further business on motion made, seconded and carried the Board <br />adjourned until the regular meeting to be hold in February 1930. <br />
