i <br />AN � � 1974 <br />MR. .JENNINGS, COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR INFORMED THE BOARD OF <br />A LETTER RECEIVED FROM ELLIS DUNCAN REGARDING HAVING A RENTAL <br />STREET LIGHT LOCATED ON ROSEWOOD BLVD. PLACED ON THE COUNTY'S STREET <br />LIGHTING SYSTEM AND ALSO FOR THE COUNTY TO TAKE OVER THE MONTHLY <br />RENTAL CHARGE. <br />AFTER MUCH DISCUSSION A MOTION WAS MADE BY COMMISSIONER <br />SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER MASSEY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY <br />AGREED THAT THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR BE AUTHORIZED TO INFORM MR. <br />DUNCAN THAT IN THE ABSENCE OF ANY ABSOLUTE JUSTIFICATION ON THE PART <br />OF THE PEOPLE REQUESTING THIS, AND IN THE ABSENCE OF A STREET LIGHTING <br />PROGRAM IN THE COUNTY, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO GO 'INTO THIS <br />PROGRAM <br />THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR INFORMED THE BOARD THAT EDDIE AND <br />ERMA WYATT HAVE REQUESTED A SPECIAL EXCEPTION PERMIT TO BUILD ON <br />PROPERTY THAT THEY HAVE BEEN PAYING ON SINCE .JANUARY, 1972 AND HAVE <br />ONJANUARY 1974 RECEIVED THE DEED TO THIS PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS; <br />SE CTION 24, TOWNSHIP 33, RANGE 39; BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST <br />QUARTER MEASURE 330 FEET 'JEST ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY, THEN 200 <br />FEET NORTH TO POINT OF BEGINNING, THEN MEASURE ISO FEET 'JEST, THEN <br />100 FEET NORTH, THEN 150 FEET EAST, THEN 100 FEET SOUTH TO POINT OF <br />BEGINNING. <br />THIS PROPERTY IS NOT IN A RECORDED SUBDIVISION AND THE <br />ROAD LEADING TO THIS PROPERTY IS A PRIVATE ROAD AND ONLY 30 FEET <br />WIDE. <br />COMMISSIONER DRITENBAS STATED THAT IF THE BOARD DOES <br />AGREE TO THIS ON A HARDSHIP BASIS, WE SHOULD BE ASSURED THAT THE <br />HOUSE IS SET -BACK FAR ENOUGH FROM THE ROAD TO ENABLE A PROPERTY <br />LINE TO BE PUT IN AT A LATER DATE. <br />14 <br />41 <br />eoox <br />
