Comprehensive Plan Public School Facilities Element <br />PLAN IMPLEMENTATION <br />The implementation of the Public Schools Facilities Element will involve numerous <br />activities. The most extensive of these will be the implementation of the provisions <br />contained in the Interlocal Agreement for Coordinated Planning and School Concurrency. <br />The Public School Facilities Element's implementation is contingent upon the <br />implementation of the other elements of the comprehensive plan. <br />Overall implementation responsibility rests with the County planning staff. The staff will <br />bear the primary role of executing the Interlocal Agreement. The planning staff must <br />also provide the local planning agency, the School District, and the Board of County <br />Commissioners the information and analysis upon which their actions and decisions will <br />be based.
