Resolution No. 2001 - 121 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF <br />UNDERSTANDING WITH THE VERO LAKES ESTATES PROPERTY <br />OWNERS ASSOCIATION REGARDING COUNTY ROAD 510 ACCESS FOR <br />THE VERO LAKES ESTATES SUBDIVISION AND THE PROPOSED <br />NORTH COUNTY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County and the Vero Lakes Estates Property Owners <br />Association are desirous ofproviding safe access to County Road 510 from Vero Lakes Estates <br />Subdivision and the proposed North County Elementary School; and <br />WHEREAS, the Memorandum ofUnderstanding will establish a timetable for resolving <br />the County Road 510 curve hazard, provide safe access for the proposed North County <br />Elementary School, and provide a future signalized intersection at the main entrance of Vero <br />Lakes Estates Subdivision at County Road 510.; and <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County and the Vero Lakes Estates Property Owners <br />Association wish to execute the Memorandum of Understanding. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT: <br />1. The above recitals are ratified in their entirety, and <br />2. The Chairman is authorized to execute the aforementioned Memorandum of <br />Understanding with the Vero Lakes Estates Property Owners Association. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Adams who moved <br />its adoption. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Ti ppi n , and upon being <br />put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Caroline D. Ginn <br />Aye <br />Vice Chairman Ruth M.
