IMMEDIATELY__. <br />OFF OF 82ND AVENUE (RANCH ROAD - ONE MILE NORTH OF`STATE <br />ROAD 60 TO THE JUNCTION OF NORTH WINTER BEACH ROAD) REQUESTING <br />THAT THE DIRT PART OF RANCH ROAD BE PAVED. HE STATED THAT THE <br />RECONSTRUCTION OF THIS RANCH ROAD FROM BARBER AVENUE AND NORTH <br />WINTER BEACH ROAD IS ON THE COUNTY'S CONTINUING FIVE YEAR <br />PROGRAM FOR THE USE OF SECONDARY ROAD FUNDS AND IT IS ITEM <br />SEVEN UNDER THE PRIORITY LIST. <br />COMMISSIONER BOGOSIAN ASKED IF THIS COULD BE MOVED <br />UP AND THE ADMINISTRATOR ANSWERED THAT ALL OTHER PROJECTS LISTED <br />BEFORE HAVE TOP PRIORITY. <br />THE BOARD WILL DISCUSS THIS AGAIN LATER IN THE <br />MEETING. <br />COMMISSIONER BOGOSIAN INFORMED THE BOARD THAT JOHN T. <br />LASCHA HAD RECEIVED APPROVAL OF A:MORTGAGE FROM FIRST FEDERAL <br />SAVINGS AND LOAN FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SHADY ACRES SUBDIVISION, <br />BUT THIS APPROVAL EXPIRED.
