DANA HOWARD, SURVEYOR, APPEARED REQUESTING FINAL <br />APPROVAL OF DURRANCE PLACE SUBDIVISION OWNED BY MARY LOUIS <br />DURRANCE. <br />CHAIRMAN LOY AND COMMISSIONER SIEBERT LEFT THE <br />MEETING TO SERVE ON THE CANVASSINGBOARD AND -VICE CHAIRMAN-. <br />MASSEY PRESIDED. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER DRITENBAS, SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER BOGOSIAN, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY GRANTED FINAL <br />APPROVAL TO DURRANCE PLACE SUBDIVISION AS PRESENTED BY <br />DANA HOWARD. d <br />CHAIRMAN LOY RETURNED TO THE MEETING AT 9:20 <br />O'CLOCK. <br />FRED BAKER, PRESIDENT OF THE VERO BEACH KIWANIS CLUB <br />AND HAMILTON ARDEN, CHAIRMAN OF THE KIWANIS—HOBART PARK PROJECT <br />APPEARED AND PRESENTED TO CHAIRMAN LOY THE KEYS TO A HOME THAT <br />WAS BUILT WITH FUNDS FROM THE KIWANIS CLUB TO HOUSE A CARETAKER <br />AT KIWANIS—HOBART PARK. <br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT RETURNED TO THE MEETING. <br />CHAIRMAN LOY, MEMBERS OF THE BOARD AND CITIZENS <br />OF THIS COMMUNITY OFFERED THEIR APPRECIATION FOR THIS WONDERFUL <br />FACILITY WHICH WILL BE USED TO ENHANCE:THE DEVELOPMENT OF <br />KIWANIS-HOBART PARK. <br />THE BOARD QUESTIONED THE STATUS OF HIRING A CARETAKER <br />AND MR. .JENNINGS, COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR STATED THAT. <br />APPLICATIONS FOR THE POSITION HAVE BEEN RECEIVED AND MR. JENNINGS <br />STATED THAT HIS OFFICE IS SCREENING THHSE.APPLICATIONS AND <br />HE WILL PRESENT HIS RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE BOARD AT THE NEXT <br />MEETING. <br />DEWEY WALKER. ZONING DIRECTOR APPEARED REQUESTING <br />THE BOARDS APPROVAL TO ISSUE A SPECIAL EXCEPTION PERMIT TO <br />SIRS. .JOSEPH GARONE. MR. YALKER STATED THAT MRS.
