Ll <br />Resolution No. 2001 - 114 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, APPROVING A MEMORANDUM OF <br />UNDERSTANDING WITH THE SCHOOL DISTRICT OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY REGARDING VEHICLE AND PEDESTRIAN ACCESS TO THE <br />PROPOSED NORTH COUNTY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County and the School District of Indian River County are <br />desirous of providing vehicular and pedestrian access to the proposed North County Elementary <br />School; and <br />WHEREAS, the Memorandum of Understanding will provide a detailed summary of <br />vehicular and pedestrian access to the school from County Road 510 and 90`h Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County and the School District of Indian River County wish <br />to execute the Memorandum of Understanding. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT: <br />1. The above recitals are ratified in their entirety, and <br />2. The Chairman is authorized to execute the aforementioned Memorandum of <br />Understanding with the School District of Indian River County. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Adams who moved <br />its adoption. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Macht , and upon being <br />put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Caroline D. Ginn <br />Aye <br />Vice Chairman Ruth M. Stanbridge <br />Aye <br />Commissioner Fran B. Adams <br />Aye <br />Commissioner Kenneth R. Macht <br />Aye <br />Commissioner John W.
