<br />CORRECTIVE QUIT CLAIM DEED
<br />This deed, made as of this day of April, 2008, by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the
<br />State of Florida (as Grantor); and Ken McKellar, whose post office address is: 125 Ocean Way, Vero
<br />Beach, FL 32963 (as Grantee);
<br />(Wherever used herein, the terms "grantor" and "grantee " shall include singular and plural,
<br />heirs, legal representatives, and assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns of
<br />corporations, partnerships or other entities; wherever the context so admits or requires.)
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00 in hand paid by grantee, the receipt whereof is
<br />hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and quit claim unto the
<br />grantee forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said grantor has in and to the following
<br />described parcel of land, to wit:
<br />The South 294.3 feet of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 22, Township
<br />32 South, Range 39 East, Indian River County, Florida; LESS AND EXCEPT that
<br />Parcel deeded to Parent at O. R. Book 194, at Page 569, of the Public Records of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, and LESS AND EXCEPT the South 5 acres of the Northeast 1/4
<br />of the Northeast 1/4; TOGETHER WITH the South 294.3 feet of the Northwest 1/4 of
<br />the Northeast 1/4 lying East of Lateral H canal, and the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast
<br />1/4, lying East of Lateral H canal, all in Section 22, Township 32 South, Range 39 East;
<br />LESS AND EXCEPT those lands described in O.R. Book 165, at Page 158; those lands
<br />described in O.R. Book 178, at Page 361; and those lands described in O.R. Book 610, at
<br />Page 2121, of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. LESS AND
<br />EXCEPT the South 25 feet of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of said Section 22.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or
<br />in anywise appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and claim whatsoever of grantor,
<br />either in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of grantee forever.
<br />This deed is given to correct that certain deed originally recorded in Official Records Book 2138, at
<br />Page 265. The purpose of this deed is to convey to the grantee any interest the grantor acquired by
<br />virtue of those deeds recorded in Official Records Book 1970, at Page 1661; Official Records Book 2035,
<br />at Page 921; Official Records Book 2138, at Page 269; and Official Records Book 2176, at Page 1001,
<br />which contained incorrect legal descriptions.
