RESOLUTION NO, 2008- 056 <br />1929707 <br />THIS DOCUMENT HAS BEEN <br />RECORDED IN THE PU8_IC RECORDS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY FL <br />BK: 2272 PGA 971, Pagel of <br />06/17/2008 at 11:48 AM, <br />JEFFREY K BARTON$ CLERK OF COURT <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, APPROVING SPECIFIC PURPOSE <br />SURVEY RIGHT-OF-WAY MAPS FOR OSLO <br />ROAD (C.R. 606) - INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />PROJECT NO, 0501, PHASE 1 (27TH AVENUE TO <br />U.S. HIGHWAY NO. 1) AND INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY PROJECT NO. 0533, PHASE 2 (43RD <br />AVENUE TO 27TH AVENUE). <br />WHEREAS, two "Specific Purpose Survey" maps of Oslo Road - Indian <br />River County Project No. 0501 Oslo Road (C.R. 606) Phase 1 (27th Avenue to <br />U.S. Highway No. 1) and Indian River County Project No, 0533 Oslo Road (C.R. <br />606) Phase 2 (43rd Avenue to 27th Avenue) were prepared by a private <br />engineering firm under the direction of the County Surveyor and thereafter <br />recorded in the Public Records so as to be available for the general public to <br />access; and <br />WHEREAS, the two Specific Purpose Survey maps were not formally <br />approved by the Board of County Commissioners as required under Section <br />177.131, Florida Statutes; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention of the County that the two Specific Purpose <br />Survey maps become official right-of-way maps, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that: <br />u <br />
