RESOLUTION NO. 2001-057 <br /> up to 3 units/acre for Planned Development Projects), for ±30.8 acres located at the <br /> southwest corner of the Main Canal and 58"Avenue; and <br /> b. Request to amend the Future Land Use Map of the Comprehensive Plan from AG-1, <br /> Agricultural-1 (up to 1 unit/5 acres), to T, Transitional Residential (up to 1 unit/acre; or <br /> up to 3 units/acre for Planned Development Projects), for ±76.8 acres located at the <br /> northeast corner of 5`h Street, SW and 82"d Avenue; and <br /> c. Request to amend the Future Land Use Map of the Comprehensive Plan from AG-1, <br /> Agricultural-1 (up to 1 unit/5 acres), to T, Transitional Residential (up to 1 unit/acre; or <br /> up to 3 units/acre for Planned Development Projects), for ±56.5 acres located at the <br /> southeast corner of 74`h Avenue and 9`h Street, SW. <br /> The forgoing Resolution was offered by Commissioner Adams and seconded by <br /> Commissioner Stanbridge and upon being put to a vote,the vote was as follows: <br /> Chairman Caroline D.
