<br />for the year 1974, a tax of 0.439 mills on the dollar, to be used solely <br />In carrying out the purposes of the Act creating the Indian River Mos- <br />quito Control District, being Chapter 24,600, Acts of the 1947 Florida <br />Legislature, as amended by Chapter 61-2275, Laws of Florida; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of County Commis- <br />stoners of Indian River County, Florida, be and it is hereby required to <br />order the Tax Assessor of said County to assess, and the Tax Collector <br />to collect, the amount of said tax herein levied upon all of the taxable <br />property, real or personal, in said District, and to cause said levy to be <br />included in the warrant to the Tax Assessor which is attached to the <br />assessment roll of taxes; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Tax Collector of said <br />County shall collect such tax as levied in the same manner as other taxes <br />are collected and shall pay the some when collected within the time and <br />in the manner prescribed by law for the payment of other taxes to the <br />Secretary of the Board of Commissioners of the Indian River Mosquito <br />Control District;
