OCT 9 1974 <br />CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN FLORIDA FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT <br />RESOLUTION NO. 74-49 <br />ADOPTING THE TAX RATE AND CERTIFYING THE <br />LEVY TO THE TAX ASSESSORS OF THE DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, the Governing Board of the Central and Southern Florida Flood Control <br />District in compliance with and by authority of Chapter 373, Florida Statutes as amended, and <br />Chapter 25270, Laws of Florida, Acts of 1949, did on Stptember 13, 1974, adopt its budget for <br />the fiscal year 1974-75 and did approve and confirm lists of lands against which taxes of the <br />District are to be assessed; and <br />WHEREAS, it is determined that a tax 'levy of three hundred ninety-four one - <br />thousandths mill (.394 mill) upon all property lying within the District subject to the District's <br />tax is necessary to provide funds for budgeted expenditures. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Governing Board of the Central and <br />Southern Florida Flood Control District that there is hereby levied and assessed on the tax rolls <br />for the year 1974 a uniform .ad valorem tax on all property in the District as determined for <br />county taxing purposes at the rate of three hundred ninety-four one -thousandths mill (.394 mill) . <br />on the dollar on the assessed valuation of such property including lands held by the Board of <br />Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund; and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said three hundred ninety-four one -thousandths <br />mill (.394 mill) tax levy and the lists of lands included in the District are hereby certified to the <br />respective Board of County Commissioners and Tax Assessors of each of -the counties wholly or <br />Central and Southern Florida Flood Control District <br />partially embraced within the limits of the <br />for extension on 1974 tax rolls of each of said counties. <br />PASSED and ADOPTED, this the 13th day of September, A.D., 1974. <br />CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN FLORIDA <br />FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT BY ITS <br />GOVERNING BOARD <br />i' • <br />BY /s/ Robert L. dark, Jr. <br />(Corporate Sea[), Chairmen <br />ATTEST: <br />By /s/ G.
