• <br />Confirming (Third Reso.) <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007- 081 <br />A RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL <br />FOR CERTAIN PAVING AND DRAINAGE <br />IMPROVEMENTS TO 10th COURT SW, FROM 9th <br />STREET SW (OSLO ROAD) TO 7TH STREET SW <br />INCLUDING THE INTERSECTING STREETS (8th <br />STREET SW AND 7th STREET SW) IN OSLO PARK <br />SUBDIVISION. - IRC PROJECT NO. 0436 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County adopted <br />Resolution No. 2007-052 providing for certain paving and drainage improvements to 10th COURT <br />SW, FROM 9th STREET SW (OSLO ROAD) TO 7TH STREET SW INCLUDING THE <br />INTERSECTING STREETS IN OSLO PARK SUBDIVISION. <br />WHEREAS, said resolution described the manner in which the special assessments are <br />to be made and how the special assessments are to be paid; and <br />WHEREAS, the resolution was published as required by Section 206.06, Indian River <br />County Code; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County passed <br />Resolution No. 2007-053, on May 22, 2007 which set a time and place for a public hearing at which <br />the owners of the properties to be assessed and other interested persons would have the chance to be <br />heard as to any and all complaints as to said project and said special assessments, and for the Board <br />to act as required by Section 206.07, Indian River County Code; and <br />F:\Engineering\Petition Paving\0436 10th Ct SW 9th to 7th St\0436 Resolution-Confirming-mjm.doc <br />1 <br />
