RESOLUTION 2007-131 <br /> Appendix"A" <br /> Point Values to be Used in Ranking Applicants <br /> Priority will be given to applicants based on the following table: <br /> Priority Point Value <br /> Homes that sustained documented damage from Hurricane Wilma. 50 <br /> Homes which are owned and occupied by Very Low Income household where 40 <br /> the residence does not currently meet the County's hardening requirements but <br /> otherwise meet all local housing code and Section 8 Minimum Property <br /> Standards or is being addressed by the County with other funding to meet all <br /> local housing code and Section 8 minimum housing standards. <br /> Homes which are owned and occupied by Low Income household where the 35 <br /> residence does not currently meet the County's hardening requirements but <br /> otherwise meet all local housing code and Section 8 Minimum Property <br /> Standards or is being addressed by the County with other funding to meet all <br /> local housing code and Section 8 minimum housing standards. <br /> Homes which are owned and occupied by Very Low Income household where 30 <br /> the residence does not currently meet the County's hardening requirements but <br /> otherwise contains only minor violations of the local housing code and/or <br /> Section 8 Minimum Property Standards. <br /> Homes which are owned and occupied by Low Income household where the 25 <br /> residence does not currently meet the County's hardening requirements but <br /> otherwise contains only minor violations of the local housing code and/or <br /> Section 8 Minimum Property Standards. <br /> Homes which are owned and occupied by Very Low Income household where 20 <br /> the residence does not currently meet the County's hardening requirements but <br /> contains major violations of the local housing code and/or Section 8 Minimum <br /> Property Standards but is still repairable. <br /> Homes which are owned and occupied by Low Income household where the 15 <br /> residence does not currently meet the County's hardening requirements but <br /> contains major violations of the local housing code and/or Section 8 Minimum <br /> Property Standards but is still repairable. <br /> Homes which are owned and occupied by Very Low Income household where 10 <br /> the residence does not currently meet the County's hardening requirements and <br /> contains major violations of the local housing code and/or Section 8 Minimum <br /> Property Standards and must be replaced. <br /> Homes which are owned and occupied by Low Income household where the 5 <br /> residence does not currently meet the County's hardening requirements and <br /> contains major violations of the local housing code and/or Section 8 Minimum <br /> Property Standards and must be replaced. <br /> 22 <br />
