HOCKMAN INFORMED THE BOARD OF A LETTER FROM DR. DAVID <br />TINGLE AND DR. CHARLES RATTRAY, JR. REGARDING PSYCHIATRIC EX— <br />AMINATIONS PERFORMED BY COURT ORDER, THAT HAVE NOT BEEN PAID. <br />NO COURT ORDERS WERE PRESENTED WITH THIS LETTER AND STATEMENT. <br />AFTER MUCH DISCUSSION, THE BOARD AGREED THAT DR.
