If <br />RESOLUTION NO.�� <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommending <br />changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and, <br />publish its notice of said recommended <br />WHEREAS, this Board did <br />pursuant changes and additions and did, p nt thereto, hold a public hear- <br />ing in relation thereto at which parties in.interest and citizens <br />were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BCounty Commissioners of Indian <br />E IT RESOLVED by the Board of <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the follOw- <br />ing property owned by George Russell, Represented by and <br />Twitty, Architects, Inc., situated in Indian River County, <br />Flor- <br />ida, to -wit: <br />Government Lots I and 2, Section 13, Township 32 -South, <br />Range 39 -East, together with all submerged lands and <br />riparian rights appertaining thereto, less that portion <br />thereof conveyed to Indian <br />a22River <br />Farm <br />rded Drainagen DeeDistrict'ook <br />by Deed dated July 24, <br />upon Page 259 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, <br />Florida. <br />Be changed from R-lA Single Family District, to R- 2B <br />Multiple Family District. <br />EXCEPT the <br />f ortof300 feet <br />and <br />the <br />feeSouth 330 feet of the <br />North 630 <br />Be changed from R-lA Single Family District, to R-3 <br />Multiple Dwelling District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and describ- <br />ed in said Zoning Regulation. <br />b �y <br />-cin- BON �� ��,c;��JU <br />
