Development Director to submit additional information in a timely manner as may be required by the <br />Florida Department of Community Affairs. <br />SECTION 5. The Board of County Commissioners authorizes the Community Development <br />Director to sign any subsequent forms as needed for the CDBG application and project. <br />SECTION 6. The Indian River County Comprehensive Plan is hereby adopted as the <br />County's Community Development Plan. <br />SECTION 7. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED. The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner <br />Adams and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Neuberger , and <br />upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Caroline D.
