6/2002RESO(LEGAL)WGC/nhm <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 043 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br /> FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF <br /> CERTAIN PROPERTY TO THE INDIAN RIVER <br /> COUNTY HOSPITAL DISTRICT. <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County owns <br /> certain property platted as Vero Beach — Burial Park by virtue of a judicial decree <br /> quieting title in Indian River County by adverse possession; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Indian River County Hospital District, an organization not-for- <br /> profit organized for the purposes of promoting community interest and welfare has <br /> made application for the County's conveyance of the north approximately 3Y acres <br /> of the property to the Hospital District, to be used for the establishment and <br /> operation of the new Gifford Health Center; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners is satisfied that such <br /> property is required for such use and is not needed for County purposes; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Indian River County Hospital District has borne the expenses <br /> of the quiet title suit in order to quiet title to the entire 10-acre Vero Beach — Burial <br /> Park parcel in the County, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: <br /> 1. The staff of Indian River County is authorized and directed to prepare <br /> for approval by the Board a replat of the Vero Beach — Burial Park for the purposes <br /> of delineating a tract on the north end of the property as a health center tract, and <br /> 1 <br />
