RESOLUTION NO. 2007- 167 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING EXECUTION A <br />TRANSPORTATION REGIONAL INCENTIVE PROGRAM (TRIP) FOR THE <br />INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS ON SR -60 AT 58TH AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, the State of Florida, Department of Transportation and <br />Indian River County desire to facilitate the intersection improvements on SR -60 at 58th <br />Avenue; and <br />WHEREAS, the State of Florida, Department of Transportation, has <br />requested Indian River County execute and deliver to the State of Florida, a <br />Transportation Regional Incentive Program Agreement (TRIP) for the aforementioned <br />project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the <br />Chairman of the Board is hereby authorized to make, execute, and deliver to the State of <br />Florida, Department of Transportation, a Transportation Regional Incentive Program <br />Agreement for the aforementioned project. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Peter D. 0' Bryan <br />who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Joseph E. Flescher <br />and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Sandra L Bowden Yea <br />Vice -Chairman Wesley S. Davis Yea <br />Commissioner Gary C. Wheeler Yea <br />Commissioner Joseph E Flescher Yea <br />Commissioner Peter D.
