VAL BRENNAN, PLANNING DIRECTOR, APPEARED AND STATED <br />THAT THIS ORDINANCE WAS PREPARED IN ORDER TO CHANGE THE AMOUNT <br />OF SQUARE FEET AREA OF LIVING QUARTERS FROM A MINIMUM OF 1,000 <br />SQUARE FEET TO A MINIMUM OF 750 SQUARE FEET AND TO CHANGE THE <br />SPACE BETWEEN BUILDINGS FROM 40 FEET TO 20 FEET. <br />COMMISSIONER WODTKE QUESTIONED IF FIRE EQUIPMENT <br />COULD GET THROUGH WITH ONLY A 20 FOOT SEPARATION. <br />THE BOARD AGREED TO CONTINUE THIS PUBLIC HEARING UNTIL <br />MR.
