<br />DEWEY WALKER, ZONING DIRECTOR APPEARED AND STATED THAT
<br />MRS. ZETTIE EALY APPLIED FOR A ZONING CHANGE IN HILLSIDE SUBDIVISION
<br />IN ORDER TO BUILD A HOUSE. THE ZONING COMMISSIONER RECOMMENDED
<br />THAT THE WHOLE SUBDIVISION BE REZONED AS THE PREDOMINANT USE OF
<br />THIS PROPERTY IS SINGLE FAMILY WITH A FEW TRAILERS. MR. WALKER
<br />STATED THAT THE SURROUNDING PROPERTY OWNERS WERE NOTIFIED AND NO
<br />OBJECTIONS WERE RAISED AT THE ZONING MEETING.
