J <br />MR,StWELL STATED THAT IN THE LLOYD AND ASSOCIATES BUILDING <br />ON 20TH STREET THERE IS 2,000 SQUARE FEET OF SPACE AVAILABE AT .$4.15 <br />PER SQUARE FOOT WITH NO UTILITIES AND ANY RENOVATING NEEDED WOULD <br />BE AT THE EXPENSE OF THE TENANT. <br />MR.SEWELL CONTINUED THAT THE 2001 BUILDING OWNED BY <br />WILLIAM LAMOLLA HAS APPROXIMATELY 900 SQUARE FEET RENTAL OFFICE <br />SPACE FOR $500.00 PER MONTH, INCLUDING UTILITIES AND ADEQUATE <br />PARKING FACILITIES. <br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT QUESTIONED IF A YEARS LEASE WITH <br />THE OPTION TO LEASE ANOTHER YEAR IS AVAILABLE AT THE 2001 BUILDING. <br />THE BOARD INFORMED MR.SEWELL THAT THE COUNTY WOULD REQUIRE <br />A LEASE, THAT IT SHOULD BE FOR A MINIMUM OF ONE YEAR WITH THE <br />OPTION TO RENT AN ADDITIONAL YEAR; AND THAT MR.SEWELL LOOK INTO <br />OTHER RENTAL SPACES, SUCH AS, THE COMMERCIAL BANK, AND THE ZORC <br />BUILDING. <br />THE FOLLOWING LETTER RECEIVED FROM .JUDGE D.C.
