<br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT SUGGESTED A STATEMENT FROM THE
<br />DIRECTOR OF THE CENTER STATING THAT THIS $5,000.00 IS REALLY
<br />NECESSARY IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THIS GRANT.
<br />THE BOARD AGREED TO DEFER DECISION 9'N THIS REQUEST UNTIL
<br />LATER IN THE MEETING AND INSTRUCTED L.S."TOMMY" THOMAS TO CONTACT
<br />MR. FOX, FINANCE DIRECTOR AT THE CENTER AND QUESTION IF THIS MONEY
<br />IS NECESSARY IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THIS GRANT.
