COMMISSIONER SIEBERT QUESTIONED IF IT WOULD BE POSSIBLE TO <br />CHANGE EXPIRATION DATE OF OUR INSURANCE POLICIES TO CORRESPOND WITH <br />OUR FISCAL YEAR. <br />MR, MCKENNA STATED THAT HE WILL INVESTIGATE THIS, <br />DEWEY WALKER, ZONING DIRECTOR APPEARED WITH A REQUEST FROM <br />RAYMOND FENDLEY FOR A SPECIAL EXCEPTION ZONING PERMIT TO PUT TWO <br />MOBILE HOMES ON HIS PROPERTY, <br />MR, FENDLEY'S PROPERTY IS ZONED R-1RM AND LOCATED IN THE <br />AREA OF 51ST AVENUE AND 51ST COURT ON THE NORTH SIDE OF NORTH <br />GIFFORD AVENUE AND DOES NOT FACE A PUBLIC ROAD. <br />MR, WALKER STATED THAT MR. FENDLEY HAS OWNED THIS PROPERTY <br />FOR APPROXIMATELY FIVE YEARS. <br />A MOTION WAS MADE BY COMMISSIONER MASSEY, SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER WODTKE TO GRANT A SPECIAL EXCEPTION PERMIT TO RAYMOND <br />FENDLEY, <br />MR. FENDLEY STATED THAT IT IS NOT TWO PARCELS OF LAND, BUT <br />ONLY ONE PARCEL AND THE BOARD QUESTIONED IF MR. FENDLEY CAN PUT <br />TWO MOBILE HOMES ON .ONE PARCEL. . ORDINANCE_NO.742O:.P.ROHIBITS.-.MR. <br />FENDLEY FROM DIVIDING HIS PROPERTY AND THE ZONING ORDINANCE PROHIBITS <br />HIM FROM PUTTING TWO MOBILE HOMES ON JUST ONE PARCEL. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />MASSEY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AGREED TO TABLE THE DISCUSSION <br />OF THIS MATTER, <br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT STATED THAT AT THIS TIME WE DO NOT KNOW <br />IF WE HAVE THE LEGAL AUTHORITY TO PUT ONE OR TWO MOBILE HOMES ON <br />THIS ONE PARCEL OF LAND. <br />COMMISSIONER WODTKE STATED THAT MR, FENDLEY OWNS OTHER PROPERTY <br />IN THIS AREA AND THIS SHOULD BE BROUGHT UP AT THE NEXT MEETING. <br />AT THE DECEMBER 18, 1974 COUNTY COMMISSION MEETING THE BOARD <br />AGREED THAT THE PUBLIC HEARING AMENDING SECTION 26 OF THE ZONING • <br />ORDINANCE 71-3 BE TABLED UNTIL TODAY. <br />CHAIRMAN LOY DISCUSSED THE NAME OF THIS BOARD. IN SOME INSTANCE; <br />THE BOARD IS REFERRED TO AS THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT AND AT OTHER <br />TIMES IT IS REFERRED TO AS THE BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT. <br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT DISCUSSED PARAGRAPH FOUR AND IT WAS <br />THE DECISION OF THE BOARD TO INSTRUCT ATTORNEY BURCH TO REVIEW <br />THIS PARAGRAPH AS TO ITS APPLICABILITY. <br />-14- <br />- : JAN 81975 <br />l '._ <br />800k <br />1 'Li 36 <br />
