<br />MASSEY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ACCEPTED THE BID OF RINKER MATERIALS
<br />CORPORATION FOR REINFORCING STEEL AS BEING THE LOWEST AND BEST
<br />BID MEETING SPECIFICATIONS, IN THE AMOUNT $1,564.00,
<br />ATTORNEY COLLINS INFORMED THE BOARD THAT HE HAD PREPARED A
<br />LEASE BETWEEN THE COUNTY AND WILLIAM LAMOLA , FOR RENTAL OF OFFICE
<br />SPACE IN THE 2001 BUILDING FOR STATE ATTORNEY ROBERT STONE. MR. STONE
<br />HAS INFORMED ATTORNEY COLLINS THAT HE HAS NOW FOUND OFFICE SPACE
<br />IN MERRIMAN AND RODDENBERRY'S PROFESSIONAL BUILDING THAT MIGHT BE
<br />MORE SUITABLE. HE INFORMED MR. STONE THAT IF HE IS INTERESTED IN
<br />THOSE OFFICE HE MUST AGAIN APPEAR BEFORE THE BOARD FOR THEIR APPROVAL.
