W., being more particularly described as follows: The South 35 feet of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 31, Township 33 South, Range 40 East, lying Westerly of the West Right of Way of U. S. Highway No. 1 and Easterly of .the East Right of Way of Old Dixie Highway which was platted as 21st Street, 5. W. on Vero. Beach Highlands Unit One, and dedicated to the Public on said plat. Said plat is recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 29, of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. and that the same be and is hereby vacated, abandoned, discontinued and closed and that all express or implied dedications thereon and, resulting therefrom are hereby vacated, abandoned; discontinued. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Notice of the adoption of this Resolution shall be published once in the Vero Beach Press Journal, a newspaper of general circulation in Indian River County, Florida, and proof of publication of the Notice of public hearing, a certified copy of this Resolution as adopted and proof of. the publication of the Notice of adoption of such Resolution shall be recorded in the deed records of Indian River County, Florida, as. required by law.
