IN THE MASTER PLAN IT IS PROPOSED THAT BELOW 15 FEET ELEVATION <br />ALONG THE SEBASTIAN RIVER NOT BE DEVELOPED. WE HAVE NOW RECEIVED <br />FROM THE DRAINAGE DISTRICT, A COPY OF THE FLOOD -PLAIN AREA, WHICH <br />SHOWS THAT 15 FEET ELEVATION ALONG THE RIVER IS REASONABLE. <br />ATTORNEY JACKSON STATED THAT HIS CLIENTS ARE AGREEABLE TO <br />15 FEET ELEVATION ALONG THE SEBASTIAN RIVER NAT BEING DEVELOPED. <br />ATTORNEY JACKSON STATED THAT THIS PROPERTY BORDERS ON 86TH <br />AVENUE ON THE EAST, BUST STREET ON THE SOUTH AND 105TH STREET ON <br />THE NORTH AND ADJACENT TO UNIT 5 OF THE SEBASTIAN HIGHLANDS. 80 <br />ACRES`'OUT OF A TOTAL OF 120 ACRES IS BEING REQUESTED FOR REZONING. <br />THIS WILL BE A PRIVATE SUBDIVISION AND ALL LOTS ARE OVER ONE ACRE <br />IN SIZE. <br />MRS.
