OUR ORDINANCE 74-22 <br />APPLIES TO ESTABLISHED MOBILE HOMES AND NEW MOBILE HOMES, <br />CHAIRMAN LOY STATED THAT THE BOARD'S INTENTION, IN ADOPTING <br />ORDINANCE 74-22, WAS FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR CITIZENS AND IT WAS NOT <br />THEIR INTENTION TO CAUSE HAVOC. <br />AFTER DISCUSSION, A MOTION WAS MADE, ON AN EMERGENCY BASIS, <br />TO AMEND THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE INDIAN RIVER COUNTY MOBILE HOME <br />TIE -DOWN ORDINANCE 74-22 TO JUNE 30, 1975, BY ADOPTING ORDINANCE 75-2 <br />SUBJECT TO THE APPROVAL OF THE COUNTY ATTORNEY: -47- <br />BOB <br />Z 469 <br />
