JAN .22.1975 <br />THE BOARD CONTINUED THE DISCUSSION REGARDING GRANTING A <br />SPECIAL PERMIT TO MR. FENDLEY. <br />A MOTION WAS MADE BY COMMISSIONER` SCHMUCKER, SECONDED BY <br />COMMISSIONER MASSEY, TO APPROVE PUTTING TWO TRAILERS ON SIX ACRES <br />OF LAND SINCE MR. FENDLEY HAS OWNED THIS PROPERTY FOR MORE THAN <br />FIVE YEARS AND THAT IT IS HIS DESIRE TO PLACE TWO TRAILERS ON <br />THIS PROPERTY; ONE FOR HIS OWN USE AND ONE FOR HIS HIRED HELP <br />AND WE GRANT EXCEPTION TO ORDINANCE NO. 71-3 UNDER THESE EXTENUATING <br />CIRCUMSTANCES. <br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT EXPRESSED CONCERN ABOUT THE PRECEDENT <br />THIS COULD LEAD TO. <br />AFTER DISCUSSION, COMMISSIONER SCHMUCKER. WITHDREW HIS MOTION <br />AND COMMISSIONER MAS$EY,*WITHDREW HIS SECOND. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SCHMUCKER, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />SIEBERT, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY GRANTED A SPECIAL EXCEPTION PERMIT TO <br />RAYMOND FENDLEY TO ALLOW HIM TO PLACE ONE MOBILE HOME ON HIS <br />SIX ACRE PARCEL AS AN EXCEPTION TO ORDINANCE 71-3 BECAUSE THERE <br />IS NO PUBLIC ROAD ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER• <br />SCHMUCKER, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED RESOLUTION No. 75-4, <br />AUTHORIZING THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT TO PAY DONALD V.
