Commencing at the intersection of the West Bank of the Indian River and the North line of Section 25, Township 32 South, Range 39 East for point of beginning, and from thence meander Southeasterly along the bank of the Indian River to its point of intersection with the North boundary line of the city limits of the City of Vero Beach on the North boundary line of Government Lot 3 in Section 25, Township 32 South, Range 39 East; thence West along said North boundary of said Lot 3 in said Section 25 to the Northwest corner of said Government Lot 3; thence South along the West boundary of Government Lots 3 and 4, Section 25 and the East line of the West half of the East half of Section 36, Township 32 South, Range 39 East to the South right-of-way of the Main Canal of the Indian River Farms Drainage District; thence West along the South right- of-way of the Main Canal to a point due South of the East line of, R.D. Carter Subdivision in the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 35, Township 32 South, Range 39 East; thence run North from the last point along the said East line of R.D. Carter Subdivision to the Northwest corner of said R.D. Carter Subdivision; thence run West along the North line of said R.D. Carter Subdivision to a point 200 feet East of the East right-of-way line of Federal Highway No. 1; thence Northwesterly and parallel to the East right-of-way of the Federal Highway to the North line of Section 35, Township 32 South, Range 39 East; thence East along the North line of said Section 35 to the Southwest corner of Section 25, Township 32 South, Range 39 East; thence North along the West line of said Section 25, a distance of 3,300 feet; thence West 1,320 feet; thence North 660 feet; thence West to the East right-of- way of the Florida East Coast Railway; thence Northwesterly along the East right-of-way of the Florida East Coast Railway to the North line of Section 26, Township 32 South, Range 39 East; thence due East along the North line of said Section 25 and along the North line of Section 26, Township 32 South, Range 39 East to the West Bank of the Indian River and the point of beginning.
