(g) Private Streets <br />Private Streets as a principal mans of access to individ- <br />.ually owned lots will be permitted,.provided the Board <br />finds the same will not be required as public streetsin <br />the overall County PIan. There shall;be no maintenance <br />• or improvements of private streets by the County, however, <br />Such streets shall be constructed in accordance with <br />minimum snecifications for public streets and approved by. <br />=the County Administrator.
