THE BOARD AGREED TO APPOINT A LOCAL GOVERNMENT STUDY COMMITTEE'. AND OMMITTEE - AND THAT THE FOLLOWING STEPS BE TAKEN. 1. TO CONSULT WITH THE GENTLEMAN THAT HAS BEEN NAMED AND ANY OTHERS THE BOARD FEELS WOULD BE APPROPRIATE TO SERVE AS CHAIRMAN OF THE COM— MITTEE FOR THEIR CONCURRENCE. 2.
