PATTESON APPEARED AND MADE HIS PRESENTATION. HE STATED' <br />THAT SEBASTIAN AVENUE, FORMERLY KNOWN AS BAY STREET HAS NOT BEEN USED <br />FOR MANY YEARS. AT THE END OF SEBASTIAN AVENUE AND MR. PATTESON'S <br />PROPERTY THERE IS A LARGE DITCH AND MR. PATTESON 'STATED THAT THE <br />ADJOINING PROPERTY OWNER MR. TEAGUE SIGNED THE ORIGINAL REQUEST AND.; <br />IS IN FAVOR OF THE ABANDONMENT OF THIS ROAD. <br />ON MOTION. BY COMMISSIONER MASSEY, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />SIEBERT, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AUTHORIZED THE ABANDONMENT OF SEBASTIAN <br />AVENUE, FORMERLY KNOWN AS BAY STREET, AS REQUESTED BY J. T.
