MR, <br />BEINDORF STATED THAT THIS IS AN EXISTING TRAILER PARK USING SEPTIC <br />TANKS AND WELLS. THIS PARK HAS RECENTLY CHANGED HANDS AND IT NOW COMES <br />UNDER NEW REGULATIONS. IT IS LOCATED NORTH OF MCKEE JUNGLE GARDENS AND <br />HAS 11.2 ACRES. <br />THIS PARK WAS IN THE MID -FLORIDA UTILITIES FRANCHISE AREA AND <br />MR. BEINDORF STATED THAT THEY HAVE RECEIVED AN ASSIGNMENT OF TRANSFER FROM <br />MID -FLORIDA UTILITIES. <br />THE CHAIRMAN ASKED IF ANYONE PRESENT WISHES TO SPEAK DURING <br />THIS PUBLIC HEARING. <br />JEROME KRAMER QUESTIONED IF THE EQUIPMENT USED IN INSTALLING THIS <br />SEWER AND WATER SYSTEM IS SUCH THAT IT CAN BE CONNECTED TO A COUNTYWIDE <br />SYSTEM WHEN THAT TIME ARISES. <br />MR. BEINDORF STATED THAT WHEN THE COUNTY SYSTEM COMES THROUGH <br />IT COULD BE HOOKED UP WITH NO PROBLEM. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />MASSEY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED RESOLUTION 75-17 - CHESTER RYBACKI <br />SEWER AND WATER FRANCHISE FOR JUNGLE TRAILER PARK. THE ASSIGNMENT OF <br />TRANSFER FROM MID -FLORIDA UTILITIES 'TO .CHESTER RYBACKI IS HEREBY BEING <br />INCLUDED IN THESE MINUTES. <br />- <br />BOOK <br />acE245 <br />
