e <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2003- 070 <br /> to make proper entries upon the records to accomplish such cancellation and to <br /> do all things necessary to carry out the provisions of section 196.28, F.S.; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br /> COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br /> FLORIDA, that: <br /> Any and all liens for taxes delinquent or current against the following <br /> described lands, which were acquired by the City of Vero Beach (as to an <br /> undivided 1/10th interest), the Town of Indian River Shores (as to an undivided <br /> 1/10th interest), and Indian River County (as to an undivided 8/10th interest) for <br /> conservation and passive recreation uses from Lost Tree Village Corporation, <br /> a Florida corporation are hereby cancelled pursuant to the authority of section <br /> 196.28, F.S. <br /> See attached Special Warranty Deed describing <br /> lands, recorded in O.R. Book 1561 at Pages 0862- <br /> 0867, Public Records of Indian River County, <br /> Florida; and Quit-Claim Deed describing lands, <br /> recorded in O.R. Book 1561 at Pages 0868-0873, <br /> Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br /> The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Adams <br /> and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Neuberger and, upon <br /> being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br /> 2 <br /> F:\Attorney\Nancy\DOCS\RES\Reso cancelling taxes LOST TREE.doc <br />
