<br />VAL BRENNAN, PLANNING DIRECTOR WAS PRESENT AND STATED THAT
<br />THIS REZONING WAS APPROVED BY THE ZONING COMMISSION, BUT THEY REQUESTED
<br />MR. GEMBERLING TO PROVIDE A SITE PLAN TO THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT. MR.
<br />GEMBERLING HAS NOT AS YET PROVIDED THIS SITE PLAN.
<br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SCHMUCKER, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER
<br />MASSEY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY GRANTED A ZONING CHANGE FROM C-1 COMMERICAL
<br />DISTRICT AND R-1 SINGLE FAMILY DISTRICT TO R-1MP MOBILE HOME PARK DISTRICT
<br />AS REQUESTED BY RICHARD GEMBERLING. THE BOARD REQUESTED MR. GEMBERLING
<br />TO PROVIDE A SITE PLAN TO THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT.
