RESOLUTION NO. 2008- 057 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, that: <br />Any and all liens for taxes delinquent or current against the following <br />described lands, which were acquired by the City of Fellsmere for public open <br />space through a foreclosure action titled City of Fellsmere v. Jack Jones et al.0 <br />Indian River County Circuit Court Case No. 2005 0485 CA 08, are hereby <br />cancelled pursuant to the authority of section 196.28, F.S. <br />See attached Certificate of Title describing lands, <br />recorded in O.R. Book 2027 at Page 363, Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Davis, and <br />the motion was seconded by Commissioner Flescher <br />vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Sandra L.
