<br />FLORIDA, MET IN REGULAR SESSION AT THE COURTHOUSE, VERO BEACH, FLORIDA,
<br />ON WEDNESDAY, MAY 7, 1975 AT 8:30 O'CLOCK A.M. PRESENT WERE ALMA LEE LOY,
<br />CHAIRMAN; WILLARD W, SIEBERT, SJR., VICE CHAIRMAN; EDWARD J. MASSEY; EDWIN
<br />S, SCHMUCKER AND WILLIAM WODTKE, ALSO PRESENT WERE JACK G. JENNINGS,.

<br />COUNTY COORDINATOR, PAUL D. BURCH, ATTORNEY TO THE BOARD OF COUNTY COM—
<br />MISSIONERS, WAS ALSO PRESENT,
<br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED THE MEETING TO ORDER,
<br />COMMISSIONER SCHMUCKER LED THE PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG
<br />AND JACK G. .JENNINGS, COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR, GAVE THE INVOCATION,
<br />THE CHAIRMAN ASKED IF THERE WERE ANY ADDITIONS OR CORRECTIONS
<br />TO THE MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF APRIL 23, 1975,
<br />COMMISSIONER WODTKE REQUESTED THE FOLLOWING CHANGES:
<br />ON PAGE 18, FIFTH PARAGRAPH, THIRD LINE, THE AMOUNT "14,000" BE
<br />CHANGED TO'READ "1,400."
<br />ON PAGE 34, FIFTH PARAGRAPH, THIRD LINE, THE WORD "PREMIUMS" BE
<br />CHANGED TO READ "COVERAGE,''!
<br />THESE CORRECTIONS HAVING BEEN MADE, A MOTION WAS MADE BY COMMIS—
<br />SIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER MASSEY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY
<br />APPROVED THE MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF WEDNESDAY, APRIL 23, 1975,
<br />AS WRITTEN,
<br />JACK HOCKMAN, DEPUTY CLERK, ENTERED THE MEETING AT 8:55 O'CLOCK A.M
<br />THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR INFORMED THE BOARD OF A LETTER FROM
<br />DRUS3LLA CHRISTOPHER, PRESIDENT OF THE ROSELAND WOMEN'S CLUB, REGARDING
<br />THE INADEQUATE WATER SUPPLY AT THE ROSELAND COMMUNITY BUILDING.
<br />COMMISSIONER MASSEY STATED THAT HE HAD INVESTIGATED THIS, AND AT
<br />THAT TIME HE SPOKE WITH THE FORMER PRESIDENT, MRS, COOK, WHO STATED THAT
<br />THE WATER PROBLEM WOULD BE SOLVED, BUT THAT THE DOCK WAS IN NEED OF REPAIR,
<br />COMMISSIONER MASSEY CONTINUED THAT BECAUSE OF THE PRESENT DROUGHT CONDI—
<br />TIONS IN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, THE WATER 'FABLE IS VERY LOW AND THAT COULD
<br />BE THE CAUSE OF THEIR PROBLEMS,
