<br />This deed, made as of this 4th day of April, 2008, by Jeraldine Lawrence (as Grantor); and Indian River
<br />County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose post office address is: 1801 27th Street,
<br />Vero Beach, FL 32960 (as Grantee);
<br />(Wherever used herein, the terms "grantor" and "grantee" shall include singular and plural,
<br />heirs, legal representatives, and assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns of
