<br />This deed, made as of this 1.7th clay of January, 2008, by Tammy Lynn Vogel (formerly known as Tammy Lynn
<br />Snyder), a single person (as Grantor); and Indian River County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State of
<br />Florida, whose post office address is: 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960 (as Grantee);
