<br />THIS WARRANTY DEED, executed this 31" day of January, 2008 by
<br />SARAH E. FENDER, the unremarried surviving spouse of Robert C. Fender,deceased
<br />herinafter called the Grantor, to
<br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida
<br />whose address is: 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960
<br />hereinafter called the Grantee:
<br />(Wherever used herein, the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" shall include singular and plural, heirs,
<br />legal representatives, and assigns of the individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations,
<br />wherever the context so admits or requires.)
<br />WITNESSETH, That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and
<br />other good and valuable considerations, in hand paid by the Grantee, the receipt whereof is
<br />hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and
<br />confirms unto the Grantee forever, all that certain land situate, lying and being in the County of
<br />St. Lucie, State of Florida, to -wit:

<br />according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2,
<br />page 17, of the Public Records of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, which lies West of the right-of-way of US
<br />Highway Noe 1; Also the North half (12.5 feet) of
<br />abandoned Orange Street lying immediately South of and
<br />adjacent to said Lot 91 Block 11, Weona Park Subdivision,
<br />and lying immediately West of US Highway 1; LESS AND
<br />EXCEPT US Highway No. 1 right-of-way as described in OR
<br />Book 100, page 569, of the Public Records of Indian River
<br />County, Florida.
<br />SUBJECT TO the following:
<br />1. Restrictions, reservations, and easements of record, if any, provided, however,
<br />that this reference shall not serve to reimpose the same.
