STANDARDS FOR OCCUPANCY, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LETTER FROM OUR BUILDING <br />DIRECTOR, AS STATED IN THE MINUTES OF MAY 21, 1975, <br />MR, GELLER STATED THAT HE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH <br />THE BUILDING. TO REPAIR THE BUILDING MAY BE SO COSTLY THAT HIS COMPANY <br />MAY DECIDE IT WOULD BE BETTER TO SELL THE LAND. <br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT STATED THAT AFTER YOU OBTAIN A COST <br />ESTIMATE TO BRING THE BUILDING UP TO CODE, AND BEFORE YOU PURCHASE THE <br />BUILDING, YOU WILL HAVE TO KNOW WHAT RENOVATION COSTS WILL BE AND HE <br />FEELS OBTAINING RENOVATION COSTO SHOULD BE MADE A PART OF THE MOTION. <br />THE BOARD DID NOT AGREE. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE MOTION: COMMISSIONER SIEBERT <br />VOTED IN OPPOSITION, COMMISSIONERS WODTKE, MASSEY, SCHMUCKER AND CHAIRMAN <br />LOY VOTED IN FAVOR AND THE MOTION WAS PASSED. <br />COMMISSIONER SCHMUCKER ASKED IF A REPRESENTATIVE FROM ARISTA, <br />COULD BE PRESENT WHEN THE CONTRACTOR INSPECTS THE BUILDING AND MR, <br />GELLER STATED THAT THAT COULD BE ARRANGED. <br />ON MAY 29, 1975, THE BOARD HELD A PUBLIC HEARING AND <br />ADOPTED THE COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN. THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS <br />CONTINUED UNTIL TODAY IN ORDER TO CONSIDER FOR PUBLIC HEARING THE PRO- <br />POSED IMPLEMENTING ORDINANCE OF THE COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN, <br />CHAIRMAN LOY STATED THAT AT THE MAY 29, 1975 MEETING, <br />ATTORNEY KENDALL SHARP APPEARED REPRESENTING FREDERICK NICHOLS WHO <br />REQUESTED. THAT HIS OCEANFRONT PROPERTY BE DESIGNATED FOR MEDIUM DENSITY. <br />CHAIRMAN LOY RECEIVED THE FOLLOWING TELEGRAM FROM MR.
