• <br />services; and conserve, develop, utilize and protect natural resources within <br />the county. <br />V(8) While the Comprehensive Plan herein adopted is intended to <br />control existing and projected future development of Indian River County, it is <br />not intended to be inflexible. As future social and economic conditions change, <br />it is intended that the Comprehensive Plan shall be amended so as to reflect future <br />planning for those changes. <br />(9) It is further the intent of this act to encourage cooperation <br />and coordination on planning and zoning between municipalities and county govern - <br />meat. <br />Section 3. Adoption: The Comprehensive Plan for Indian River <br />County, Florida, as originally prepared by Adley Associates, Inc. and there- <br />after amended and attached hereto is hereby adopted as the Comprehensive Plan <br />for Indian River County, Florida. <br />Section 4.
