<br />THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the
<br />A.D. 1975, by the CITY OF VERO BEACH, a municipal corporation existing
<br />under the laws of the State of Florida, with its permanent post office
<br />address at 1053 - 20th Place, Vero Beach, Florida, by and through its
<br />undersigned Mayor, GRANTOR, and INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political sub-
<br />division of the State of Florida, GRANTEE, (which term "GRANTOR" and
<br />"GRANTEE" shall include singular or plural, the successors and assigns
<br />of the same).
<br />WITNESSETH: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the
<br />sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is
<br />hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells,aliens, remises,
<br />releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee a two fifths (2/5) un-
<br />divided interest in that certain land situate in Indian River County,
<br />Florida, to -wit:
<br />Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 1, PELICAN COVE II, according
<br />to the plat of said subdivision, filed in the office
<br />of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, and recorded therein in Plat Book 3,
<br />page 79; said land lying and being in the City of Vero
<br />Beach, Florida.
<br />Subject to easements, restrictions, reservations and
<br />rights of way of record.
<br />TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
<br />TO -HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
<br />AND the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee that the Grantor
<br />is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the Grantor has good
<br />right and lawful authority to convey the interest hereinabove described;
<br />, that the Grantor hereby fully warrants that from the time the real prop-
<br />erty was conveyed to the Grantor, said land is free of all encumbrances,
<br />except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 1973.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Grantor has hereunto set their hands
<br />and seals the day and year first above written.
