THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR INFORMED THE BOARD OF A TELEPHONE CALL <br />FROM THE INDIAN RIVER COMMUNITY COLLEGE REQUESTING 10 TO 12 LOADS OF DIRT <br />TO BE DELIVERED TO THEIR BUILDING SITE IN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY. HE WAS <br />INFORMED THAT BECAUSE OF THE AMOUNT OF RAIN WE HAVE HAD THE EQUIPMENT CAN <br />NOT GET TO THE BUILDING SITE AND THAT THIS IS AN EMERGENCY SITUATION. <br />HE CONTINUED THAT WE DO HAVE THE FILL AND WE DO HAVE THE EQUIPMENT AND <br />PERSONNEL TO HANDLE THIS REQUEST. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER WODTKE, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />SCHMUCKER, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AUTHORIZED THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR TO <br />ASSIST THE COMMUNITY COLLEGE, IN THIS EMERGENCY SITUATION, BY SUPPLYING <br />THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF FILL NEEDED TO TAKE CARE OF THIS SITUATION. <br />THERE BEING NO FURTHER BUSINESS, ON MOTION MADE, SECONDED AND <br />CARRIED, THE BOARD ADJOURNED AT 11:40 O'CLOCK A.M. <br />ATTEST: <br />CLERK <br />JUN 2 71975 <br />8 <br />Zn <br />/`' moi =� 1,,---s <br />CHAIRMAN <br />,130.0 <br />Pn A.17 <br />
