ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER MASSEY, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />SCHMUCKER, CHAIRMAN LOY VOTED IN FAVOR, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AUTHORIZED <br />THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT TO PAY FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO INTER- <br />NATIONAL LOCATOR SERVICE, TAX DEED CERTIFICATE #166, IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$1,543.30 AND IVY JAY CORPORATION, TAX DEED CERTIFICATE #13, IN THE <br />AMOUNT OF $1,709.02 ON THE Rocco J. VENDURO TAX SALE OVERBID AND ADOPTED <br />THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION No. 75-43. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-43 <br />WHEREAS, on the Tax Deed Sale of property owned <br />by Ivy Jay Corporation, there was an overpayment of $1,543.30; <br />and . . <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida has found that International <br />Locator Service is entitled to the overpayment; and <br />WHEREAS, there was a Tax Deed Sale overbid of. <br />$1,709.02 on property owned by Rocco J. Venduro; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida has found that International <br />Locator Service is entitled to the overpayment; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that the <br />Clerk is authorized 'to pay from General Fund to International <br />Locator Service, 2731 Blair Stone Road, #166, Tallahassee, <br />Florida 32301, $1,543.30 on the Ivy Jay Corporation Tax Sale <br />overbid and $1,709.02 on the Rocco J.
