HEREBY BEING MADE A PART OF THESE MINUTES. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 75-44 <br />• <br />WHEREAS, the present operators of Andy's Sanitation <br />Service Garbage Franchise did assume operation of the Franchise <br />without the consent of the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, in violation of the Franchise <br />Agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, after due notice, a public hearing was <br />held on July 9, 1975, at which hearing, the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida found Richard <br />and Fred Morrill in violation of the Franchise; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that <br />the Garbage Franchise known as Andy's Sanitation Service <br />originally issued to A. G.
