THIS RECOMMENDATION WAS PRESENTED TO THE <br />ZONING COMMISSION, AND THEY RECOMMENDED THAT THE BOARD ADOPT IT. <br />THE CHAIRMAN ASKED IF ANYONE PRESENT WISHED TO BE HEARD. <br />NELSON HYATT, OWNER OF A MINING OPERATION, APPEARED AND QUES— <br />TIONED PARAGRAPH R-11 REGARDING SETTING AN AMOUNT FOR A BOND. <br />THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR STATED THAT IT IS HIS UNDERSTANDING <br />THAT PROPOSED PLANS ARE SUBMITTED AND THE COMPUTED AMOUNT OF YARDAGE TAKEN <br />OUT IS WHAT THE BOND IS MADE ON.
