JOHNS RIVER WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT, a public body existing under Chapter 373 of the Florida Statutes, whose address is 4049 Reid Street, Palatka, Florida 32177, hereinafter called the Grantee: (Wherever used herein the terms "Grantors" and "Granted' include all the parties to this insnwnent and the heirs, legal representatives and assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations and public bodies.)
